My family has been using Liberty car services for a few years. Today I booked a car to pick up my daughters from the airport (they were coming from a long 15 hours flight plus 3 hours longer as the flight was delayed. The driver picked us up at the airport and after nearly two hours he asked us our post code to drop us and it wasn't our area. The guy who took the reservation gave the driver a different address,increased the fare without letting us know. No apologies. Wasted 2 hours . Terrible
i was in Luton waiting for the bus that was late an hour, i called a cab from Liberty and it was there in 3 minutes
I am disappointed. You quoted £9 for the journey this afternoon then your driver charged £12. Very unprofessional!
